DMCA Policy

This DMCA and Intellectual Property Takedown Policy ("Policy") explains the process for submitting claims of copyright or intellectual property infringement on tsfans.com ("Website"), operated by CreatingStars OÜ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), registered at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Kaupmehe tn 7, 10114, Estonia.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to remove infringing content and, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

  2. Counter-Notification Process

    If you are a user who believes your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

    • Your name, address, email, and phone number.

    • A description of the content that was removed and where it previously appeared.

    • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

    • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

    • Your electronic or physical signature.

      If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original claimant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

       

  3. Repeat Infringers

    We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. This may be done at our sole discretion and without further notice.

     

  4. Misuse of the Process

    Knowingly submitting false claims or counter-notices may result in legal liability. Misuse of this process may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

     

  5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
